Mr. Yeshil S Mehta is the Joint Managing Director of Mahadhan AgriTech Limited and is spearheading the Crop Nutrition Business. In this role, he is primarily responsible for P&L Management, Strategy Development & Execution, Managing Strategic Growth & Business Transformation for the Crop Nutrition Business.

Yeshil holds a Management degree from Harvard Business School, USA and brings with him a rich experience of working with Bain & Company, Desai Fruits & Vegetables (DFPCL) and has also been working on the Agri value chain addition.

Mr. Rishi Agarwal

President – Strategy

Mr. Rishi Agarwal is President – Strategy and is responsible for enabling strategy execution, strengthening systems and processes to create a robust and fast paced performance driven organizations and focusing on strategic alliances to speeden our growth journey.

Mr. Agarwal has rich experience in operations and strategy consulting. He has worked with clients in the chemicals, consumer goods, retail, telecom, tourism, and automotive sectors across issues around strategy, growth, pricing, marketing, organizational design, venture fund management, sustainability, and M&A. He has led multiple large scale, multi-year transformation projects for Indian and global clients. He brings with him rich experience in the fields of corporate strategy, business development, mergers & acquisitions, solving complex problems, facilitation of long-term strategy, strategic due diligence, supply chain, investment strategy, commercialization strategy, etc.

Prior to joining us, he was associated as a “Partner” with Strategy& (Part of PwC Network); he was also associated with FSG Consulting [as Managing Director – Head Asia], Russell Reynolds Associates [as Executive Director India], Monitor Group [Monitor Deloitte] and Unilever.

Mr. Agarwal has done his Master of Business Administration from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford and PG Diploma in Management from Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kozhikode.

Subhash Anand

Mr. Subhash Anand

President & Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Subhash Anand is President & Chief Financial Officer and has rich experience in Strategic Advisory & Planning, M&A, working on Business & Financial Strategies, Business Finance including Taxation - Investor Relations - Treasury Management, Business Analysis, Capex-capital Evaluations, Business Process Restructuring, Digitisation etc.

Mr. Anand has a career span of 30+ years, wherein he has worked both with multinational and Indian companies, of which the last 20 years+ were in a significant leadership role within the Finance Function. Before joining us, he was associated with Hero Cycles Ltd. as Group CFO / Advisor, and was also associated with Solara Active Pharma Sciences Ltd. (as ED & CFO), PI Industries Ltd. (as President & CFO), Whirlpool of India Ltd. (Vice President Finance), Sterlite Industries (I) Ltd and Hindustan Copper Ltd.

Mr. Anand is a qualified AICWA (India) & Certified Management Accountant (CMA) from Institute of Management Accountants (USA).

Mr. Debasish Banerjee

President – Strategic Projects

Mr. Debasish Banerjee is primarily responsible for strategic planning, mergers & acquisitions, structured financing and other strategic projects.

Mr. Banerjee has over 30 years of experience in in the field of corporate finance & strategy, business turnaround / restructuring, costing & budgets, corporate affairs, capital markets, financial planning & control, project financing along with building strong relationship with banks, rating agencies and financial institutions. His previous stints includes position as Chief Financial Officer at Smartchem Technologies Limited (subsidiary of DFPCL) and Haldia Petrochemicals Limited.

He is a qualified Chartered Accountant (Rank Holder) and holds a Graduate Degree in Science (Maths) from Ranchi University.

Mr. Rajib Bhattacharjee

President – Transformation

Mr. Rajib Bhattacharjee, as part of the transformation journey across Crop Nutrition and TAN / Minning Business, is primarily responsible for driving execution discipline, cross-functional alignment, with the objective of achieving World Class Manufacturing standards.

His focus areas include engagement with end consumers to validate and refine value proposition, integrating internal and external R&D to accelerate the development of differentiated solutions, orchestrating seamless alignment across manufacturing and support functions to achieve best-in-class delivery, and strengthening people practices enabling effective strategy execution by working closely with the Chairman & Managing Director.

He has over 30 years of diverse industry experience across specialty chemicals and capital goods, with strong expertise in strategic marketing, business development, technical services & applications, product, and project management, along with global P&L leadership.

During his career, Mr. Bhattacharjee was associated with Galaxy Surfactants Ltd. as Vice President – Global Specialties Chemicals Business, and held leadership roles at Lubrizol Advanced Materials (I) Pvt. Ltd., ICI India Ltd., and Thermax Ltd.

He holds a B. Tech in Chemical Engineering from NIT Trichy and an MBA in Marketing from Brilliant’s School of Management, Chennai.

Mr. Raghunath Kelkar

President - Crop Nutrition, Mahadhan AgriTech Limited (MAL)

Mr. Deshmukh is primarily responsible for the performance, profitability, channel strength, market leadership, and operational excellence of the Crop Nutrition Vertical.

He has played a pivotal role in strengthening the Crop Nutrition Business across manufacturing, supply chain, commercial operations, and overall business performance.

During his career, Mr. Deshmukh served as Chief Operating Officer - Bulk & Value-Added Business at MAL, where he was instrumental in driving operational excellence, improving business performance, and building a strong foundation for sustainable growth.

He works closely with teams across sales, marketing, manufacturing, business excellence, sales capability building, and advocacy to further strengthen MAL's leadership position in crop nutrition.

Mr. Raghunath Kelkar

President - Agriculture Solutions, Mahadhan AgriTech Limited (MAL)

Mr. Girdhar is primarily responsible for leading the Agriculture Solutions Vertical, focusing on innovation, crop solutions, digital capabilities, institutional businesses, strategic partnerships, and new business models to accelerate MAL's transition to a farmer-centric solutions enterprise.

He has over 34 years of leadership experience across the agriculture, sustainability, and renewable energy sectors, with deep expertise in business transformation, strategy, commercial operations, portfolio management, and P&L leadership.

During his career, Mr. Girdhar was associated with EverEnviro Resource Management Pvt Ltd as Managing Director & CEO, besides holding leadership position in Bayer Crop Science, Monsanto India, and Cyanamid India.

He holds an M. Sc. in Agriculture from CCS Haryana Agricultural University and has completed the Advanced Management Program from INSEAD, France.

Pandurang Landge

Mr. Prasad Joglekar

President – Commercial

Mr. Prasad Joglekar is President – Commercial and is primarily responsible for Strategic Sourcing and Supply Chain Management.

Mr Joglekar has over 30 years of rich experience in Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement of Commodity & Specialty Chemical, Contract Manufacturing, Capital Equipment Buying etc.

Prior to joining us he was associated with Jubilant Ingrevia Limited as President – Supply Chain. He was also associated with Jindal Films Limited, Avantor Performance Material Inc, E. I. DuPont India Private Limited, Micro Inks Limited and various business units of Vedanta Resources.

Mr. Joglekar has done his Master’s in Business Administration (Marketing) from Institute of Management Studies, Devi Ahilya University and Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from Madhav Institute of Technology & Science, Jiwaji University in Madhya Pradesh.

Mr. Raghunath Kelkar is primarily responsible for the P&L Management of Industrial Chemicals Business including Strategic Development & Execution.

Mr. Kelkar has over 42 years of rich experience of the Industrial Chemicals Marketing and Plant Operations including dealing with commodity, specialty chemicals, paints and coatings and specialty adhesives.

During his career, he was also associated with KLJ Group of Companies, Schenectady Herdillia Ltd, Surfa Coats (I) Ltd., Technical Trading Company – Muscat, Jubilant Life Sciences and Garware Paints Ltd.

He holds a Graduate Degree in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.

Pandurang Landge

Mr. Pandurang Landge

President – Manufacturing (Cluster 1, 2 & NPD)

Mr. Pandurang Landge is currenting holding the role of President – Manufacturing (Cluster 1, 2 & NPD). In this role he is responsible for Manufacturing operations along with Manufacturing operation support to new plants being set up at Gopalpur & Dahej and New Product Development. He was earlier heading Commercials & Strategic Growth, new products development and transformation projects.

Mr. Landge has 39 years of domestic and overseas experience of operations, projects conceptualisation, projects and product development, execution, commercialisation and running businesses. He started his career with Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers (RCF) with responsibilities of project execution and operations of Ammonia plants and spent 20 years in Saudi Arabia as head of a startup which was built to a US$ 1 Bn company.

He holds a Graduate Degree in Chemical Engineering from University Department of Chemical Technology (UDCT), Bombay University.

Naresh Pinisetti

Mr. Naresh Kumar Pinisetti

President – Corporate Governance

Mr. Pinisetti is a Post Graduate in Human Resources from NIPM with an Executive MBA from Scandinavian International Management Institute (SIMI) and has completed his B L from College of Law in Andhra University and M.A. in Sociology. He comes with an experience of over 30 years in different facets of Human Resource Development and Industrial Relations.

He was previously associated with Vestas as Director and Regional Head of HR for Asia Pacific and the Bayer Group in India as General Manager – HR. He has traveled extensively across Europe and Asia Pacific and has been exposed to the latest international concepts in People Management. He is the immediate past Chairman of Indian Society for Training & Development, Chennai Chapter and was also the Regional Vice President for the Southern Region.

He is a certified Coach and also a Hogan Graduate.

Dr. Naresh Kumar Puritipati is responsible for leading the Human Resources function, driving HR strategy, organisational transformation, leadership development, talent management, industrial relations, and fostering a high-performance culture aligned with the Company's business objectives.

Dr. Puritipati has over 25 years of rich and diverse experience across leading multinational corporations and Indian conglomerates. He has extensive expertise in HR strategy, organisational transformation, leadership development, industrial relations, cultural integration, and enterprise-wide HR initiatives across India, Malaysia, and Myanmar.

During his career, he has been associated with Lactalis India, Spencer's Retail Ltd., Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt. Ltd., Coca-Cola Pinya Beverages (Myanmar), and Coca-Cola Bottler (Malaysia), where he held several HR leadership positions.

He holds a Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Human Resources from Andhra University. He also holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources and is a Graduate in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from Andhra University.

Mr. Tarun Sinha is President – Technical Ammonium Nitrate (TAN) and is primarily responsible for P&L Management, including Strategy Development & Execution, and managing Strategic Alliances for the TAN Business.

Mr. Sinha has over 30 years of combined experience in the mining and steel industries, with a proven track record of working at international locations such as Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore and USA, including responsibilities spanning Canada, Mexico, Philippines, China, Vietnam, Thailand and Brunei, during which time he held responsibilities for P&L Management, Strategy Development & Execution, Managing Joint Ventures, Mergers and Acquisitions, Business Development, Sales, Marketing and Key/Global Account and Commercial Contracts Management.

He spent 24 years working with Orica, World’s largest explosives manufacturer, in different roles spanning different countries. Prior to DFPCL, he worked in BlueScope Steel-Nippon Steel Joint Venture as the President of the JV’s downstream business in Singapore during which time he also led the JV’s Downstream Strategy Development for South East Asia.

He has a Bachelor of Technology (Mining Engineering) degree from Indian School of Mines, Dhanbad.

Mr. Arun Vijayakumar

President – Projects

Mr. Arun Vijayakumar is President – Projects and is primarily responsible for setting up the greenfield expansion / diversification projects across India.

Mr. Vijayakumar has ~26 years of extensive experience in managing integrated and large scale multi-phased complex Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) projects in petrochemical and refining field. Prior to joining DFPCL, he was associated with Hindustan Zinc, Reliance Industries Ltd, Larsen & Toubro Ltd. and Grasim Industries Ltd.

He has done his Bachelor of Engineering from Malaviya Regional Engineering College, Jaipur and MBA from S. P. Jain Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai.
